The Youth Assembly of Nigeria, Enugu State Chapter, on Thursday, 28 of September, 2023 presented an award of recognition to the President-General of Amankwo-Oghe Community in Ezeagu LGA of Enugu State for his Excellent leadership.
The assembly listed the PG's exploits in his community to include ending illegal sale of lands in the community, fostering peace and harmony among his subjects, restoration of electricity in the community and strengthening neighborhood watch security services.
Others were stoppage of illegal selling of locked-up shops, youth empowerments, among others.
Enugupress.ng reports that the award was personally presented by the Speaker of Youth Assembly of Nigeria, Enugu State chapter, Engr Anthony chijioke Ubagu.
Those who accompanied the speaker during the presentation include his deputy, Hon. Nnagbuo Gabriel Chinwuba, From Enugu West Senatorial zone; Hon. Christian Ezejiofor, Leader of YAN Ezeagu LGA; Comr. Samuel Uche Ndu C., State clerk of YAN Enugu state and Ezeora Tessy Nkeiruka, Public Relations Officer of YAN.
Others include representatives from the state ministry of Youths and sports, Comr. Chibuike Okechi, President Enugu state Youth forum and Hon. Emeka Aniekenyi, Ezeagu Youth Chairman.
