Determined to key into the national digital literacy policy direction of the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Igboetiti LG chairman, Hon. Ikenna Nwodo, has gifted brand new laptops to the best trainees at the council's Tech-Hub.
The council Chairman also gifted the trainees with one MTN modem each, with 6 months Internet subscription, in addition to sponsorship package for advanced training @ Genesys Tech Hub.
Recall that the Tech-Hub, which is an initiative of Hon. Ikenna Nwodo, had recently trained over 85 rural dwellers on digital skills, while empowering trainees with materials to enable them become self-employed and employable in the digital market.
The areas of training of the residents of the local council include Microsoft word, Data Analysis using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point, Graphics/user interface design using Figma, Canva and Pixellab, Web development and Basic computer troubleshooting.
