The Chairperson Demonstration school Committee, and HOD computer and robotics Education of Enugu State College of Education Technical (ESCET), Mrs. Chinyere Onyeisi, has assured that with Governor Peter Mbah's good thoughts towards the institution, the college will in no distant time become one of the best in the country.
Mrs. Chinyere who is also ESCET IT Consultant stated this during the inauguration of the college's Demonstration School which was held on the 9th of November, 2023, at the new school site.
She also also cited the financial constraints facing the college in all ramifications, ranging from salary areas and fund to run the institution, but maintained that "with the good plans of Enugu State under Dr Peter Ndibuisi MBA , the college will be one of the best colleges of education technical nation wide."
She however, described the demonstration school as one of the best innovations in the school, while thanking the provost for her efforts in turning the fortunes of the school around.
"Today marks a truly special moment in the history of education as we gather here for the grand opening of the New ESCET Demonstration School for Creche, Nursery, and Primary Education. It's an immense honor to stand before you as the Director of this institution, and I am filled with an overwhelming sense of pride and gratitude.
"First and foremost, I extend my deepest appreciation to our esteemed Provost for her unwavering support and vision that made this incredible milestone possible. Her dedication and commitment to fostering an environment of quality education have been instrumental in shaping this dream into a reality. Without her invaluable guidance and belief in this project, we wouldn't be standing here today, celebrating this remarkable achievement.
"The ESCET Demonstration School stands as a testament to our commitment to providing an exceptional educational experience. We aim not only to nurture the minds of our young learners but also to create an environment where curiosity, creativity, and a passion for learning thrive.

In her address, the provost of the college, Dr. Mrs. Stella Chinwendu Ekwueme, spoke widely about the college's shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and the limitless possibilities that education present.
Her words: "My dear ESCET community, dear parents, Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed educators, and future leaders, today marks the dawn of a transformative journey in education.
As the Provost of this esteemed College of Education, I proudly welcome you to the inauguration of our pioneering Demonstration School.
"Here, we cultivate not just knowledge but a profound passion for learning, fostering minds that will shape the future. Together, let us embark on a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and the limitless possibilities that education unfolds.
"This idea has been conceived but remained a dream, but today it is a reality, we can, planned and started it, the committee you are wonderful

Those who joined the provost during the ceremony include Mr. Owo, secretary of the Committee; Dr Paul okwudili Onaga, Dean degree program unit; Dr. BCG Agu, Director PDE and Comr. Ekwe Bethran COEASU chairman ESCET chapter.
