The CEO of My Eya Homes, Chief Chinedu Eya, has terminated the appointments of its staff and management officials.
Eya who is CEO of the real estate organization, located at 1st Floor, Suit 6 Shema Petroleum Plaza, Before City Gate, Abuja, equally terminated the appointments of all the agency's marketers Nationwide, urging them to handover the organization's properties in their custody on or before 3rd January, 2024.
The CEO also used the opportunity to call on all interested partners and intending marketers to forthwith, forward their proposals to the agency for consideration
This was contained in a letter signed by Onyinye Maduagwu, Principal Secretary to Chief Chinedu Eya.
It reads: “I have the directive of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of My Eya Homes, Chief Chinedu Eya, to bring to the notice of the general public, the immediate termination of appointments of all our staff and marketers across boards.
"Chief Eya's decision which will take effect today, 1st day of January, 2024, is in line with the global best practices, as it is targeted towards ensuring our organization continues to play its leading role as a shinning light in the committee of others in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT Abuja.
"However, all affected staff are required to officially hand over and submit all our organization's properties in their possession to the management of My Eya Homes on or before 3rd of January, 2024.
"Please note that the management of my Eya Homes, wishes to use this medium to invite all interested and intending partners and marketers, who will drive our esteemed organization to success in the new year, to kindly submit their proposals to our head office, located at 1st Floor, Suit 6 Shema Petroleum Plaza Before City Gate
"The proposals if considered, would elapse every year, although with the option of renewal, based on performances of either the partners or the marketers.
"Meanwhile, I want to also assure all our partners that their dealings with the outgoing staff and marketers are well protected, as there is outrightly nothing to fear about the latest development.
"The CEO appreciates your tremendous contributions to the development of our dear organization and wishes you success in your future endeavours. I thank you and happy new year.
