The Member Representing Uzo Uwani State Constituency and Chief Whip of the Enugu State House of Assembly, Hon. Chukwuma Martins Ekwueme, has been nominated as Patron of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Enugu State Chapter.
In a letter dated 18th of January, 2024, the youth group stated that their choice of Hon. Ekwueme, was based on the lawmaker's "track record on youth development, love and passion you have for young people."
The group further described him as a as a notable stakeholder in the good project of the state building and social stability.
