As encomiums continue to pour in as former Enugu Governor, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi celebrates his 60th birthday, a former aide to the former governor, Ekala Ide Jr Ikenna, has showered praises on the Ex-Governor.
