The remains of late *CHIEF Ezenwaeze Boniface Ananweude Nwankwo,* father of Dr. Barth Nwankwo, former SSA to Enugu's Ex Governor, *Dr. Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi,* have been committed to mother earth.
Enugupress.ng reports that the burial ceremony, which took place at *Chief Ezenwaeze's country-home, In Umulokpa,* amidst glowing tributes, was attended by prominent personalities, including *Hon. Chukwudi Nnadozie,* former Chairman of Uzo Uwani LGA; *Hon Patrick Uburu,* Commissioner for Agriculture and Agro-Industrial Revolution; *Hon chukwuma Ekwueme,* Member Representing Uzo-Uwani State Constituency in the Enugu State House of Assembly; Hon. *Barth Ezugwu,* former chief of Protocol to Ex-Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi; *Hon. Jude Okonkwo,* PDP chairman of Uzo Uwani LGA; and *Chief Tony Okonkwo Mba,* Personal Assistant to the Governor of Enugu State.
Others are: perm sec *Innocent Enejere* (Retired), PDP woman leader Enugu state, *Mrs. Vera Ezugwu;* PDP national ex-Officio, *Princess Nwanneka Okoro;* DG, Chukwuma Ekwueme Campaign Organization, *Mrs. Rita Anigbogu;* Hon Chief *John offor,* State Exco of the PDP, Sir, *Vitalis Okonkwo* (Oil Money), former SSA to the governor; and top medical Consultants from Esut Teaching hospital, Parklane and UNTH Enugu; among others.
In his homily, the parish Priest of Holy Cross Parish Akiyi-Umulokpa, *Rev. Father Emmanuel Ndu,* and three other Reverend Fahters present in their various speeches noted that the deceased left behind great legacy and children, who are doing well in different fields.
Other speakers who graced the occasion, took their time to eulogize the deceased, while emphasizing he lived a life worthy of emulation.
