The Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission (ENSIEC), on 4th of September, 2024, invited interested individuals, wishing to work with the Agency in the conduct of the upcoming LG elections in the state, scheduled for 21st September, 2024, to apply to the Agency.
in a public service announcement, signed by the HOD, Public Affairs department of the Agency, Okwe George Okwelu, the Electoral body listed positions available for Adhoc services to include Local Government Returning Officer, Ward Returning Officers, Supervisory Presiding Officers, Presiding Officers and Poll Clerks.
The statement however directed applicants to addressed their applications to the Executive Chairman, Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission, at no. 3 Achi Street, Independence Layout, Enugu, while emphasizing that the applications must be delivered at the Commission's Headquarters, Independence Layout, Enugu on or before 7th September, 2024.

"PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission invites applicants as ad hoc staff from members of the public in the forthcoming Local Government Election slated for Saturday, 21st September, 2024 for the following positions:
1. Local Government Returning Officers
2. Ward Returning Officers
3. Supervisory Presiding Officers
4. Presiding Officers
5. Poll Clerks
The application shall be definite on any of the posts and must state clearly the name, address, qualifications and Local Government of residence.
Application must be addressed to the Executive Chairman, Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission, 3 Achi Street, Independence Layout, Enugu, and shall be delivered at the Commission's Headquarters, Independence Layout, Enugu on or before 7th September, 2024.
