The Executive Chairman of Enugu East Local Government Area, pastor Beloved-Dan Anike, has introduced a social welfare package for the elderly aged 70 years and above. 

The social welfare program, according to the Council Chairman, "is designed to honor and support our senior citizens who have dedicated so much to our communities."

Pastor Beloved-Dan, in a public Service announcement, received by Enugupress.ng, urged members of the general public who have  indigent elderly persons between 70 years of age and above, across the LGA, to as a matter of urgency, refer such individuals to the registtration link below for onward actions.
